The files
Is this a physical or a digital product?
All our products are 100% digital: you buy a PDF file to download and print yourself. No physical item will be shipped.
Which formats are available?
A4 PDFs (also printable in Letter at 96%). The page count is shown on every product page.
Can I edit the illustrations?
Files are provided as is and may not be modified or reused in other creations.
Download and email
How will I receive my file?
As soon as payment is confirmed, download buttons appear on the confirmation page. You also receive an email with the same secure links.
When will I receive the email?
Within minutes of payment, most often immediately.
What if I don't receive the email?
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your order number: we'll resend the links.
How long does the link stay active?
Links sent by email stay active for seven days. Your files, however, remain downloadable for life from your account.
Can I download the file several times?
Yes. Each emailed link allows several downloads (the exact number is shown with the link), and downloads from your account are unlimited.
Use and printing
Can I print the file several times?
Yes, as many times as your household needs. A lost or damaged card reprints in a minute.
How do I print the activities?
Use regular paper for colouring pages and thick paper (160–200 gsm) for cards. Choose “actual size” in the print settings. Every file includes a short guide.
Can I use the resources in a classroom?
The personal licence covers your household. For a classroom or professional use, choose the licence shown on the product page or contact us.
Can I share the PDF with other people?
No. The file is for your use only. To introduce someone to an activity, the easiest way is to share the shop link!
Can I resell the files?
No — reselling, publishing online and sharing in groups or chats are prohibited. See the usage licence.
Languages
Are the resources suitable for bilingual children?
It's our speciality: many resources present the same vocabulary in two, three or four languages, each with its own colour.
Which language combinations are available?
French, English, Russian and Spanish — alone or combined: French–English, French–Russian, English–Spanish, plus four-language packs. Shop filters let you search by combination.
Can I buy a single-language version only?
Yes, many activities exist in single-language versions. The product page always lists the included languages.
Payment and refunds
Can I get a refund?
Downloaded digital content is non-refundable once the download has started (you consent to this at purchase). If something's wrong — unreadable file, mistake on our side — write to us: we always find a solution.
What if I bought the file in the wrong language?
Contact us with your order number: we'll simply swap the file for the right version.
